LAND TITLE & SECURITY

We currently issue Deed of Conveyance and Registered Survey Plans for all properties, with Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) in progress.
Each subscriber’s ownership and possession papers are processed immediately upon payment completion. All lands are sourced from legitimate and verified owners, ensuring absolute security and peace of mind.
