1.1 Crystal Garden Estate Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited was established with a mandate to bridge the housing deficit gap in Nigeria, to provide affordable and accessible housing to average Nigerians with global best practices.

According to the United Nation’s statistics, the housing deficit in Nigeria was estimated at 22
million homes. While this figure might be alarming, in the next few years, the number of Nigerians with no homes would have doubled, if no proper measures is put in place to curb it. It is against this backdrop that CRYSTAL GARDEN ESTATES is poised to be part of the solution by pioneering the procurement of
accessible and affordable lands and housing for Nigerians in the most serene and tranquil environments devoid of hassles and insecurity.

With shelter playing prominent role in human existence, Crystal Garden Estate has taken up the operation to make an indelible mark in the real estate sector of the economy by ensuring that people buy genuine and affordable lands and where they can build, live, work and play.

1.2 Crystal Garden Estate is an indigenous cooperative society with interest and core competency in real estate, agriculture, microfinancing, etc. We are actively involved in the development of both residential housing scheme and commercial properties basically in the South East and other parts of the country. Our professional position and affiliations has given us leverage in facilitating land acquisitions, project development and execution. We make land and house ownership an easy one for people who could have considered such a luxury owning to the fact that availability of fund for home ownership project is almost not within the reach of average individual and corporate employees.

2. ANTECEDENTS

2.1 By direct involvement and support services, we have maintained an enviable track record in the development and delivery of various estates. These include the following among others to mention just but a few.

2.2 ROYALTY COURT, AGULERI, ANAMBRA STATE.
This estate is located at Igboezunu in Aguleri, Anambra East L.G.A. It was launched in 2020 and has completely been sold out and every subscriber allocated. Some people have started development of their properties without any disturbances.

2.3 Aku Na Esi Obi Ike Homes, UMUERI, PHASE 1 & PHASE 2
These estates are located at Nneyi Umueri, Anambra East L.G.A. The phase 1 and phase 2 were launched in 2015 and 2017 respectively and also completely sold out and subscribers allocated honourably. Subscribers already are enjoying value for their money because of the exponential growth of the value of the estates.
The estates are gated with perimeter fencing on going.

2.4 Aku Amaka Villa, NANDO PHASE 1, ANAMBRA STATE
This estate is located at Isinyi Nando in Anambra East L.G.A.
This estate was launched in …. 2021 and completely sold out. In all our estates, customers are allocated immediately they finish their payments – within 48 hours of payment completion.

2.5 Aku Amaka Villa, NANDO PHASE 2
The phase 2 of the Crystal Garden Estate Nando, is still selling and will be sold out sooner than you imagine because of the rush.

2.6 AIRPORT VILLA PHASE 1, UMUERI, ANAMBRA STATE
Airport Villa phase 1 is located at Ekpe Quarters, Nkwo Nneyi, Umueri, Anambra East L.G.A. and was launched in 2021. All subscribers have been allocated and development is on going.

2.7 AIRPORT VILLA PHASE 2, UMUERI ANAMBRA STATE
This estate was launched in February, 2022 and is still selling.
Allocation is made within 48 hours of payment. The site layout, surveying/mapping and beaconing have been completed with the survey plan attached to each deed.

Our estates are located on table land, serene environment, free from community or youth interference or harassment, etc. The proximity of all our estates to the Anambra State International Cargo/Passenger Airport is within 10mins drive.

CRYSTAL GARDEN ESTATE has also helped her valued and esteemed customers to get allocations in government-owned property located in Transi Kisi, Anambra State. Subscribers are building their houses there without any hitch.

3. NEIGHBOURHOOD CENTRE
3.1 The neighborhood centre shall consist of a recreational center specifically designed for relaxation and provided with facilities for games and exercises with a health care center, police post, schools, religious places, hospital, etc.

4. FACILITIES
The facilities to be provided in our estates shall include: Good Road Network, Central Borehole Water System, Security Post, Electricity and Drainages. It is proposed that there will be two types of roads within the estates. These are as detailed below:

* Access Road and

* Secondary Roads.

5. ENVIRONMENTAL AESTHETICS
Our Estates have been conceptualized and planned to rank in beauty, security, layout and services in the mould of the high brow estates in the South East zone.

6. TOPOGRAPHY:
Our sites are table and dry land with no encumbrances.

7. LAND TITLE
The title document being issued at present is Deed of Conveyance. Meanwhile, Registered Survey and C of O are in view.

8. SECURITY OF LAND AFTER PURCHASE.
Processing of all papers for ownership and possession are initiated as soon as payment is completed. However, every subscriber is assured of security of his/her property hence the genuineness of the land is guaranteed. Our properties are purchased from the right sources.
